Keith Nobbs and Hartlepool United Community Sports Foundation have chosen Padraig Amond as Community Player of the Year.
Huge congratulations to Padraig Amond who has been voted the PFA Community Champion by HUCSF for all his work in the community.
Padraig has a great empathy with the young people of Hartlepool and has been an excellent role model.
Padraig was presented with his award at St. Joseph’s Primary School in Billingham while attending one of his regular player visits.
He is also our NCS Ambassador and has been supporting our delivery and recruitment.
And the Pools striker was delighted to receive the award, “It’s a great honour to be the PFA Community Champion and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being NCS Ambassador.”
“The NCS programme is a great national project for young people aged 15-17yrs of age. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and has made a massive impact on teenagers, building their confidence, leadership and independent living skills.”
