Guide To Buying Season Tickets Online

We bring you a quick guide to how you renew or buy a new Season Ticket using our new online system.


New Season Ticket
If you did not have a Season Ticket last season and will be buying one for 2016/17, click Book Now. 

Then choose your preferred stand and block if applicable. 

Only those seats in green are currently available to purchase – others are reserved for current Season Ticket Holders until 17th June. 

Click on your chosen seat and then choose the age bracket of the ticket you wish to buy (adult, senior, under 16 etc.)

Your ticket will then be added to your basket – which is shown on the right side of your screen. 

Click ‘Checkout’ which is situated to the right of the screen under your basket. 

A summary of your order will be shown, you need to choose the ‘Delivery’ or ‘Collection’ option for your ticket (at the bottom of the page) and then click ‘Continue’.

You now need to register your details. Each Season Ticket buyer will need to register individually to purchase a new ticket. 

Once all fields are completed, click ‘Sign Up’. 

You will then need to proceed to payment, which is done through Paypal. 

If you wish, you can enter your Paypal account details and pay through that or, follow the instructions to ‘Check out as Guest’ and enter your card details to complete purchase. 

Your ticket will then be posted out to you within 48 hours* of the order being placed or will be available for collection 2 working days after your order has been placed. 

Season Ticket Renewal
If you are renewing your Season Ticket, click on the blue link that says ‘click here to login to access your reserved seat’.

Enter the details requested into each field and press ‘Proceed’. 

Your ticket will be automatically added to your basket. You then need to press ‘Checkout’ which is situated under your basket on the right hand side of the screen.

A summary of your order will be shown, you need to choose the ‘Delivery’ or ‘Collection’ option for your ticket (at the bottom of the page) and then click ‘Continue’.

You will then need to register for an online account, including confirming if your address is correct. 

Click ‘Pay Now’ at the bottom of the screen and you will then need to proceed to payment, which is done through Paypal. 

If you wish, you can enter your Paypal account details and pay through that or, follow the instructions to ‘Check out as Guest’ and enter your card details to complete purchase. 

Your ticket will then be posted out to you within 48 hours* of the order being placed or will be available for collection 2 working days after your order has been placed.
