The Pools squad will begin their preparations for 2016/17 when they return for pre-season training bright and early on Wednesday morning.
Craig Hignett will assemble the players at the Club’s Durham training base to measure fitness levels and put them through their paces at the beginning of a testing warm-up campaign.
Pools have already confirmed four First Team friendlies for pre-season, with trips to Billingham Town and Salford City complemented by home fixtures against Sunderland and Scunthorpe United.
We’ll be at the training ground on Wednesday to bring you the best of the coverage from the first day of pre-season, including photos, videos and interviews with Hignett and his players.
