Fans Race To Buy New Home Shirt

20 July 2016

The Club Shop did a roaring trade on Wednesday morning as the Club’s new home kit went on sale for the very first time.

Doors opened at 10am sharp as eager fans piled in to the Club Shop to be among the first to own this season’s new Nike design.

At the front of the queue was 11-year-old Coban Ferguson, who had set his alarm bright and early to ensure he was there to get his hands on the new kit.

Boss Craig Hignett was also there to greet supporters as they made their way in to the shop to join the queue, as well as pose for pictures and sign autographs.

The Club Shop is open until 7.30pm this evening so fans coming along to watch the pre-season friendly against Sunderland can pop in and get their new home shirts too.
