Team News: Yeovil Town v Pools

24 September 2015

We take a look at the latest info from both camps ahead of Saturday’s Sky Bet League Two game against Yeovil Town at Huish Park (3pm kick-off).

Ronnie Moore is sweating on the fitness of Rakish Bingham as he prepares his side for the long trip to face Yeovil Town this weekend.

The front man is struggling with a hamstring strain and the Pools boss must decide whether or not to risk him with another game coming against Bristol Rovers in midweek.

Michael Duckworth is definitely ruled out of the game after aggravating a hamstring injury in training last week, while Jordan Richards (back) and Trevor Carson (toe) also remain sidelined.

Carl Magnay will sit the game at Yeovil out as he completes a three-match suspension but Andrew Boyce will be free to feature after extending his loan deal at The Vic earlier this week.

Glovers boss Paul Sturrock is the midst of an injury crisis at the Somerset club with no fewer than ten players in the treatment room, including former Pools winger Jack Compton who looks set to miss the game with a thigh strain.

Also injured are Alex Lacey, Omar Sowunmi, Ben Tozer, Ryan Dickson, Kevin Dawson, Simon Gillett, Marc Laird, Wes Fogden, Jamie Burrows, while Shaun Jeffers will miss the game as he completes a three-game suspension for his red car against Morecambe.
