Ronnie Moore has made his first new signing ahead of the 2015/16 in a move that sees a familiar face return to The Vic.
Striker Rakish Bingham has today put pen to paper on a deal with Pools after impressing Moore during his spell on loan at the Club earlier this year.
The striker played just five games for Pools during his month-long loan but did more than enough to catch the eye of Moore and his staff.
21-year-old Bingham was released by Mansfield Town at the end of 2014/15 and was keen to make the move to Hartlepool United after enjoying his temporary spell with the Club.
Bingham will now join up with his new teammates when the players return for pre-season training.
The deal is subject to Football League clearance.
