Harrison Pens New Pools Loan Deal

2 January 2015

Scott Harrison has rejoined Pools from Sunderland after a deal was agreed for the young defender to sign on loan until the end of the season.

The 21-year-old made fourteen appearances for the Club during an emergency loan spell earlier this term, but had to return to the Stadium of Light after staying for the maximum time of 93 days.

Ronnie Moore has been open with the fact that he has been looking to bolster his defensive options and Harrison has been training with the Club recently as the new boss assessed him.

Now the dominant and physical defender has put pen to paper on a new loan deal which will see him remain at The Vic until the end of the current campaign.

The Middlesbrough-born centre-back will become Moore's third signing, following hot on the heels of fellow loan arrivals Aaron Tshibola and Rakish Bingham

Harrison will now go straight in to the Pools squad for Saturday’s game against Wycombe Wanderers at Adams Park, subject to clearance from the Football Association and Football League.
