Pools duo Michael Duckworth and Stuart Parnaby will have their injuries assessed by medical staff at the training ground this week.
Duckworth missed Saturday’s win over Shrewsbury Town after tweaking a hamstring in training on Friday, while Parnaby was forced off with hamstring trouble just before half time.
“We will have to wait and see the extent of the damage for both Michael and Stuart,” explained boss Colin Cooper.
“Michael tweaked his hamstring on Friday which ruled him out of the Shrewsbury game and he’s going to need a scan to see what’s what with that.
“I’m also disappointed for Stuart because he’s just come back in to action and I thought he started the game well and looked comfortable.
“All we can do is take a look at them both during the week and cross our fingers that neither of the injuries are too serious.”
