This week we've enlisted the artistic talents of Pools star Jordan Richards - how good is he at drawing a team mate?
Throughout the summer we’ve been throwing some of our players out of their comfort zones by making them grab a pen and paper and attempt to draw one of their team mates.
The efforts we’ve seen have been getting more unusual by the week so were hoping that full-back Jordan Richards would be able to lift the standard and show us some real artistic flair.
The instructions are fairly simple – just scribble your best effort of a team mate for us and then we’ll let the fans guess who you’ve drawn!
So here is Jordan’s effort and the question is, can you name which of his team-mates he’s gone for?
In order to fully critique the work on display from our players this summer we approached the Art Department at English Martyrs Sixth Form to get their expert eye on these silly scribbles.
So what do they make of Jordan’s jotting?
“I love this one – I think it might be my favourite so far!
“I like the comedy elements of it but I would suspect that this person enjoyed art at school because a lot of the segments are well put together.
“The face is very well drawn with features in the correct places – and the smoke coming out of the ears is a nice touch and perhaps some kind of clue?
“I would say the person the artist has drawn works out given the exaggerated muscles on show through the Pools shirt.
“Overall it’s an excellent effort and very well sketched.”
