Club plans for more Twitter evens after another successful interactive event with Jack Baldwin.
Pools star Jack Baldwin was the latest player to take over the Club’s Twitter feed to answer fans’ questions live on Thursday afternoon.
The central defender hijacked our official Twitter feed from 2pm on Thursday afternoon and spent almost two hours communicating direct with supporters.
Fans were given the opportunity to quiz the 20-year-old on a number of topics and he was able to provide honest answers on how he deals with media attention, whether Pools could make a surge for the play-offs and what impact he thinks new signing Marlon Harewood can have.
“It was a really good couple of hours, I enjoyed it,” said Baldwin afterwards.
“I was keen to be involved and I hope the fans enjoyed the chance to ask questions – I certainly tried to be honest with all of my answers."
Baldwin even managed to switch languages when asked by a Twitter account set up by a Brazilian fan club if he could give them a shout out, replying “Olá, como você está? #PergunteJack” (Hello, how are you? #AskJack).
It’s the second time the Club have organised a Twitter Takeover following a similarly successful attempt with James Poole in November so we will keep you updated on plans for a third soon.
