Vote For Your Goal Of The Season

We've created a shortlist of special strikes and fans have until the end of today to vote for their Michael Maidens' Goal of the Season for 2012/13.

In all, we've picked out nine wonderful goals for you to choose from - all you need to do is try and pick your favourite!

Goal A 
Jonathan Franks v Shrewsbury Town, Saturday 22nd September 2012 
The midfielder runs on to a flick-down on the edge of the box and volleys an unstoppable effort in to the far corner of the net. 

Goal B 
Andy Monkhouse v Shrewsbury Town, Saturday 22nd September 2012 
The winger rescues a late point by taking the ball down in the area and volleying it across the keeper. 

Goal C 
Craig Lynch v Colchester United, Saturday 29th September 2012 
The on-loan winger nips inside and curls a beauty in to the top corner of the net. 

Goal D 
Ryan Noble v Bury, Tuesday 23rd October 2012 
The forward instinctively turns and send an incredible long-distance volley over the stranded keeper. 

Goal E 
Steve Howard v Sheffield United, Saturday 29th December 2012 
A real team goal as Scott Flinders finds Jonathan Franks, who tees up Evan Horwood to play in James Poole whose first-time cross is wonderfully headed home by Steve Howard. 

Goal F 
James Poole v Portsmouth, Saturday 26th January 2013 
A long Scott Flinders clearance is flicked on by Charlie Wyke and James Poole races through one-on-one before clinically despatching the ball in to the top corner. 

Goal G 
James Poole v Notts County, Saturday 2nd February 2013 
A brilliant piece of skill from James Poole as he latches on to Jonathan Franks deep cross, first deftly lifting the ball over the defender's head before volleying it in to the roof of the net. 

Goal H 
Jonathan Franks v Scunthorpe United, Saturday 23rd February 2013 
The midfielder saw space and drove in to it before calmly drilling a low left-footed finish in to the bottom right corner. 

Goal I 
Luke James v Brentford, Saturday 20th April 2013 
After Jack Baldwin's shot was cleared off the line, Luke James took a touch to steady himself and then drilled it through bodies and in to the net.
