John Hughes has a number of injury problems in his squad ahead of Saturday's trip to Portsmouth (3pm kick off).
Antony Sweeney picked up a knee injury in Tuesday night's game with Bournemouth at The Vic and is a doubt for the Portsmouth match.
Steve Howard (hamstring) is another struggling to make Saturday's match after pulling up on Tuesday night and Jordan Richards (knee), who missed the midweek game, is another doubt.
There is some positive news for John Hughes though as James Poole and Charlie Wyke, who also picked up knocks in the Bournemouth match, have both returned to training.
Portsmouth, who haven't played a game since Friday 4th January due to the weather, have added Crawley midfielder Shaun Cooper to their ranks, signing him on a month-to-month contract.
Cooper joins QPR midfielder Frank Sutherland who joined Guy Whittingham's side on loan last week.
Since their last match, Pompey have lost six of their squad with Mustapha Dumbuya, Jon Harley, Brian Howard, Lubomir Michalik, Luke Rogers and Lee Williamson all leaving the club.
Dumbuya, Harley, Michalik and Williamson all featured in Portsmouth's last outing - a 2-0 defeat at Walsall.
