Duo A Doubt For Midweek Orient Trip

13 October 2012

Neale Cooper could be without both Evan Horwood and Charlie Wyke for Tuesday night's trip to face Leyton Orient at The Matchroom Stadium.

The Pools boss was forced to substitute the pair during Saturday's encounter with Doncaster Rovers and admitted they now could be forced to sit out the midweek game.

"Evan has quite a bad known on his heel, it's a strange one," he told Pools Player.

"He tried to continue but he was in a lot of pain so we had to take him off in the end.

"Charlie looked really up for it when he came on; he had a couple of great touches and then we got a bad cut on the top of his ankle which needed stitches.

"They've added to the injury list so we'll just have to regroup tomorrow and Monday and see what team we can field for what we hope will be another positive performance on Tuesday."
