Team News: Pools v Swindon Town

16 August 2012

All the info from both camps ahead of Saturday's game

Neale Cooper will consider making changes to his starting line-up for Saturday's League One curtain-raiser against Swindon Town at Victoria Park (3pm kick-off).

The Pools boss was unhappy with the performance of the players in the 5-0 Capital One Cup tie at Crewe last weekend and could opt to shuffle things around.

With only Andy Rafferty (knee) still on the sidelines through injury, Cooper has a fully-fit squad to choose from for the clash against the Robins.

Paolo Di Canio was buoyed by his side's Capital One Cup win over Brighton & Hove Albion in midweek and could name an unchanged line-up.

Summer signing Gary Roberts missed out on Tuesday with a calf injury but could be back in contention for the trip to The Vic.

Fellow new arrival James Collins is back in the squad after returning from international duty with the Republic of Ireland's Under 21s.
