Pools boss demands more of his teamNeale Cooper was left furious by his side's display after watching Pools lose 2-0 at Notts County.
The Pools' boss had openly praised his team after Saturday's draw with Swindon Town but was in very different mood this evening.
"It's not good to manage because I don't know at the minute what I'm going to get, one minute I'm getting great defending and the next it's schoolboy.
"Good teams don't make mistakes. The lads are all honest and hold their hands up and say 'sorry Gaffer I made a mistake'. Don't' make mistakes. Good teams don't make mistakes. That's what really annoys me.
"Coming away with a point from here would be a really good point for us against a really strong team but we gifted them a goal.
"The second goal has to be defended better and we leave with nothing. But it's not just the back four, there are one or two others as well.
"I've said to them, this is too important for me. I don't want players I can't trust. This is my livelihood, I love this Club and I want to do the best I can for this Club but I want boys who want to come along on the journey who I can trust."
