Injuries

Welcome to the Treatment Room.

This is the best place to come throughout the 2018/19 for all the latest news on the injury front.

Aaron Cunningham (Knee)
Aaron was forced to come off after half an hour of the game against Wrexham after injuring his knee. We will assess this at training this week but the fear is he's damaged medial ligaments.

Carl Magnay (Knee)
Carl was substituted at half-time in the game at Harrogate Town after suffering pain in his knee and he missed the games against Braintree Town and Leyton Orient as a result. A scan revealed damage which required surgery which was completed on 13/02/19. He will subsequently be sidelined for six to eight weeks.

Conor Newton (Knee)
Conor has been having treatment for some discomfort in his knee and has therefore been missing from action. It is hoped the injury will improve quickly and allow him to return to full training.

Michael Raynes (Achilles)
Michael felt pain in his Achilles following the game against Leyton Orient and a scan revealed damage which will keep him out for around eight weeks. He has now returned to parent club Crewe Alexandra for treatment.

Luke Williams (Knee)
Luke was forced to undergo a second operation on his medial ligament on Tuesday 6th November. He is now returning to training and working to build up his fitness before aiming for a return in early April.
