Information for supporters visiting The Northern Gas and Power Stadium for the first time.
If you are planning on making your first trip to Victoria Park, we have a few details that will help make your experience run more smoothly on the day.
Tickets (SkyBet League Two)
The first thing you will need to think about is tickets – particularly if you are planning on purchasing a ticket for one of our seating areas at Victoria Park.
In order to purchase any tickets in advance or from the Club’s Ticket Office, you must be registered on our database. If not already registered, simply make sure you have some ID (passport, recent utility bill, driver’s licence) with you when you come along to the Ticket Office and we will register you there. If you are purchasing over the telephone and are not registered, you can register online by visiting www.hufc-tickets.co.uk
We have two stands in which you can sit to watch the match – the Camerons CK Stand and the Niramax Stand. Both stands run alongside the pitch (not behind the goals). The Cyril Knowles Stand is home to our Family Enclosure – click here for more details on a Guide For Families
Tickets in our seated areas are £20 for adults and £10 for concessions*. Tickets can be purchased from our Ticket Office or online in advance of the fixture and either posted out for a small fee of be collected on the day.
Tickets for the Niramax Seats can be purchased on the day of the game from Matchday Ticket Office 2 (cash only), which is situated on the Mill House side of the ground near the Corner Flag, while Camerons CK Stand tickets must be purchased from the Main Ticket Office on Clarence Road.
If you would like to purchase tickets in one of our Terrace stands, we have two to choose from; the Prostate Cancer UK Stand (behind the goal) and the Niramax Terrace (alongside the pitch).
Tickets for both of these stands are £18 for adults and £9 for concessions*. Tickets for both terracing areas are available in advance from our Ticket Office or online and either posted out to you for a small charge or be collected on the day of the game.
Tickets for the Prostate Cancer UK Stand can be purchased on the day of the game from Matchday Ticket Office 1 (cash only), which is situated on Clarence Road, just past the Centenary Bar.
Tickets for the Niramax Terrace can be purchased on the day of the game from Matchday Ticket Office 2 (cash only), which is situated on the Mill House side of the ground, near the Corner Flag.
If you would like to visit the Club Shop you will find it situated inside the Club Car Park, which is next to the Club’s main office building on Clarence Road.
The Club Shop will open at 10am on the morning of a game and will remain open until kick off.
Food & Drink
We have a selection of catering and bar outlets situated around the ground here at Victoria Park – all are accessible once through the turnstiles and inside the ground. All will be open from the time the turnstiles open until kick off and then again at half time. We serve a selection of hot food, confectionary and snacks as well as a range of cold drinks in our catering outlets while all bars serve a choice of alcoholic beverages.
If you would like a pre-match drink before going into the ground then both home and away fans are welcome to join us in our Centenary Lounge. This is situated on Clarence Road and is accessible from outside of the ground. We show live football in here before a match and it offers a friendly pre-match atmosphere.
We have an official Club Car Park here at Victoria Park and we do have the occasional spaces available for sale on a matchday. Limited spaces may be available at a cost of £5 by contacting the Club in advance on01429 272 584 (option 9).
The Blue Print is our popular Matchday Programme that is available for sale on the day of a game priced at £3. You can get your copy from one of our Programme Sellers who will be situated at the four corners of the game prior to kick off and then inside of the ground from kick-off.
They are also on sale in the Club Ticket Office, Club Shop and catering outlets around the ground.
If you don’t pick a copy up on a matchday, we sell back copies in the Club Ticket Office.
If you would like your first match at The Vic announced via our tannoy system, or have a special birthday to celebrate, we are happy to have messages read out on a matchday.
If you would like to discuss your options further or would like to book up, contact Natalie Barnes in the Commercial Department on 01429 272584 (option 3)
