Ticket Procedures At The Vic
Ahead of the new League One campaign, the Club would like to outline the following procedures regarding the purchase of match tickets at Pools:
Concession Passes
Anyone wishing to purchase Concession tickets from the Club Ticket Office must have one of our Concession Passes.
These Passes will be requested upon purchase of tickets from the Ticket Office or turnstiles and must also be shown when entering the ground.
If the correct Concession Pass or proof of age is not shown then staff can request that full price is paid for the ticket.
What is a Concession Pass?
It is a Pass which confirms your status as either an Under 16, Under 19, Student or Over 65.
How can I get a Concession Pass?
Take a passport-sized photograph and proof of age (birth certificate, passport or driving licence) to the Ticket Office. Your Pass will be created for you there and then and you can take it away. Passes will be provided free of charge.
Students must also provide a valid Student Card to be given a Concession Pass.
Ticketing Database
Anyone wanting to purchase a match ticket from the Ticket Office must be registered on our Ticketing Database.
To register, take proof of your name and address (driving licence, recent utility bill) along to the Ticket Office.
Entry onto the database takes only a few minutes and once registered, you are able to buy match tickets from the Ticket Office both in person and over the telephone.
Match Stubs
Fans are advised to hold onto their match stubs from every home game at The Vic throughout the 2007/08 season.
The Club would also like to advise fans to hold onto stubs from away games where this is possible.
The Club may use ticket stubs as a basis for selling in-demand tickets throughout the season and as such, fans are advised to hold onto theirs when possible.
