Experienced utility player Haslam linked up with Pools just before the start of the 2009/2010 season after being released by Bury.
Comfortable playing anywhere in the back four or even in midfield, Haslam is a consistent and resilient performer.
A former Sheffield Wednesday player, he made his full Pools debut at MK Dons on the opening day of the 2009/2010 campaign.
A reliable performer, the absence of Neil Austin provided him with more opportunities to shine last term and he'll be hoping for similar chances throughout the course of 2011/12.
