The powerful youngster showed a keen eye for goal, scoring three times during his friendly appearances and did enough to convince Chris Turner to draft him in to this squad.
Formerly on the books at Luton, Middlesbrough and Sunderland, the determined front man had been in great form for Brandon when he was spotted by Pools.
He made his First Team debut for the Club when he was brought on as a substitute in the 1-0 home win over Tranmere Rovers in October 2009.
