Brown Faces Pupils' Questions

Posted on: Tue 23 Mar 2010

James Brown popped into The Vic on his day off last week to meet pupils in the Study Support Centre.

The pupils, from Throston Primary School, were mid-way through a six-week Playing for Success course with Pools when Brown made a visit to the classroom.

The Pools forward was interviewed by some of the pupils in the media room at The Vic before being put under the spotlight in the radios studio.

Brown revealed to pupils that he enjoys being part of the current squad but finds it strange being the only remaining member of the Youth Team squad he started out with.

After finding out all about his recent injury lay-off, pupils asked about the support from Jeff Stelling on Sky Sports.

James was a welcome visitor to the classroom and signed autographs for all of the children before leaving them to write up their interviews.
