B is for Best moment at Pools?
"Darlington away when we won 3-0. It was a great atmosphere, there were plenty of Pools fans there and it was a complete victory really. Plus, we had a good celebration after the match that night!"
E is for England honours...
"I played at Schoolboy level and captained the side from Under 15s through to Under 20s. I played with some great players like Jermaine Pennant, Glen Johnson and our new signing Neil Austin! It was a great experience, I loved it."
N is for No hair...
"It's gone. I don't even try any more. It just all went without a fight!"
C is for Clinical Finishing...
"I think it's been proven that I know what to do in front of goal - penalties, free-kicks, I'll have a go! Hopefully I'll get up there a few times this season and get some more goals. I'm usually the top scorer in training…"
L is for London Road debut
"I think we got beat 3-0 and all I can remember really is coming on when Ritchie Humphreys got an elbow in the eye. I got booked within seconds for a bad tackle too!"
A is for Arrival from Sunderland
"I was actually travelling to a Reserve game with Sunderland and the Coach at the time was Ricky Sbragia. He told me about Pools' interest and that the Club were willing to let me go so I was keen on the move."
R is for Red Devils
"I was there as a Schoolboy at Under 11 and went through until I was 16. I was offered a contract to stay but I wanted to move back to the north east, Sunderland knew that and I ended up there."
K is for Keeping it clean - the seven game clean sheet run in 06/07...
"I'm very proud of that run of clean sheets. We built from a solid base that season with a fantastic, consistent defence but other players came in from time to time and did their job too. It's something I'll always look back on with pride."
