Any supporters who are eligible for a concession ticket at The Vic requires an official Hartlepool United ID pass in order to purchase.

Supporters who are yet to collect their passes should take proof of their date of birth, along with a passport-sized photograph to the Club Ticket Office and their pass will be provided.

The passes are required by fans wishing to purchase Under 16, Under 19, Student and Over 60 tickets for any game at The Vic.

Supporters will then be able to show their passes to purchase tickets either at the Ticket Office or on the turnstiles.

Fans must also have their ID pass with them to show upon entry to the ground to ensure their pass corresponds with the ticket purchased.

Entry to the ground is not guaranteed without an ID pass.

These passes will also be beneficial to supporters wishing to purchase tickets at away grounds.
