Pools Youth Team have defeated South Coast Bayern 3-2 to set up an exciting Final against Manchester United in Northern Ireland.
Micky Barron's young charges have enjoyed a sensational tournament, qualifying for the Slemish Cup after taking a draw and a win from the first stage.
And victories over County Tyrone and South Coast Bayern mean that they will now take part in a glamour tie against the youngsters from Old Trafford.
"It's really exciting for everyone," Barron told us after the semi-final win.
"The lads are tired after playing four games in four days but as soon as they found out the Final was against Manchester United they were up for it.
"We'll have a quiet night now and watch a little bit of Bolton's game with a Brazilian team before heading back to get some sleep."
Steven Snaith put Pools ahead in today's game but a stubborn Bayern outfit came back strongly to level the scores with a spectacular strike.
Dan Johnson restored Pools' lead midway through the first half with a well struck volley but again the Americans hit back to make it 2-2 at the break.
The decisive strike arrived half way through the second period when Johnson grabbed his second of the game to give Pools the edge.
"In fairness, I thought we were by far the better side," Barron continued.
"We passed the ball well, took our chances when they came and thoroughly deserved the victory and our place in the Final.
"We didn't expect to be in this position when we arrived so it's a brilliant achievement and a lot of credit has to go to the lads for the way they've performed."
We'll have all the build-up to Friday's big Final with Manchester United which kicks-off at 1.30pm.
