One member of Pools' Centre of Excellence went that extra mile in raising funds for Youth Development at the end of last year.

Under 11 player Daniel Todd took part in the Boxing Day Dip with his dad Stuart and raised an impressive £187.50 for his efforts.

Daniel wore his Pools' training kit to do the 'Dip' and was sponsored by friends and family.

As Dad Stuart Todd explains, the pair were keen to raise funds for the Club's Youth Development programme,

"We have done the Dip for the last few years just fort he craic really but this year we wanted to raise funds for the Youth set-up so the Club get something out of it as well."
