Talk-In Goes Ahead Despite Behan Injury

Posted on: Wed 25 Nov 2009

Denis Behan has promised to honour his commitment to attend a Question and Answer session at the Corner Flag tonight - despite his badly damaged ankle.

The striker is set to be out of action for a minimum of six weeks after being stretchered off during the second half of Tuesday's game with Southampton.

But Behan has confirmed he will still make it along to the talk-in where he'll be answering fans' questions alongside fellow Irishman Leon McSweeney.

"I'm not going to let people down so I'll be there," he told us.

"It's a real blow to suffer the injury but the fans have been great with me since I came to the Club so I'm looking forward to the night," he added.

Tickets for the must-see event are just £5 and are on sale at the Club's Ticket Office or supporters can just pay on the door.

The fantastic price includes a free pint and entry in to a raffle in which you could win some Pools prizes - and all funds go directly to the Club's Youth Development.

So if you've not got plans this evening then why not spend the night in the company of Pools' Irish duo - there are bound to some great stories told and plenty of laughter with these two about!
