Pools' inaugural Ladies Day event (in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness) at The Vic on Saturday proved a big hit with all concerned.
The afternoon, which was held in the Club's Centenary Suite saw guests enjoying treatments and pamper sessions from pupils from Hartlepool College of Further Education and Bev Wood Holistic and Beauty Therapies.
Lucy Harnish from Everthine was in attendance with her range of hand-made jewellery and guests were also given a talk from image consultants House of Colour before heading out to watch the match.

The ladies also got the chance to meet a number of the Pools players who popped in to the Centenary Suite on the day.
And Chief Executive Russ Green was delighted with the way the whole day went,
"The event was a big success from our point of view - and of course the result helped.
"All of the ladies who came along thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and we got some great feedback.

"We'd like to thank the College of Further Education, Lucy Harnish from Everthine, House of Colour and Bev Wood Holistic and Beauty Therapies for their participation and support of the event.
"We'd also like to thank Krimos and Jane Llewellyn Hair Design for providing raffle prizes for the event.
"They all helped to make it a really great day and, of course most importantly, we raised funds for what is a very worthy cause.
"We'll definitely we looking to make this an annual event at Victoria Park."

The Club will be auctioning the specially-made warm-up t-shirts as worn by the First Team squad ahead of Saturday's game with Tranmere Rovers. Stay logged on to hartlepoolunited.co.uk for more details.
