Make Some Euro Money This Week

Posted on: Tue 20 Oct 2009

There are a busy couple of nights in the Champions League this week as our British teams compete in the next round of Group fixtures.

Tuesday's Games

Arsenal look to continue their 100% start by beating bottom side AZ away from home tonight - the bookies make the Gunners 1/2 favourites with a draw rated 3/1 and AZ 13/2 for a win.

Liverpool are 5/6 favourites to take the points of Lyon at Anfield, with their French opponents rated a 15/4 shot for victory and you can back the draw at 12/5.

Rangers (5/6) are also fancied for a win over Dan Petrescu's Romanian outfit FC Unirea Urziceni who are priced at 7/2 to cause an upset at Ibrox tonight.

Wednesday's Games

It's the turn of Manchester United and Chelsea to take centre-stage on Wednesday evening and of course both are favourites to get the three points.

United face a difficult assignment in CSKA Moscow and are priced at 11/10 to come home with the win, with the hosts at 13/5 and a draw rated a 23/10 shot.

Chelsea (1/3) should beat Atletico Madrid (9/1) at Stamford Bridge with the bookies not even fancying the Spaniard for a point, rating the draw at long odds of 4/1.

Accumulator Bet

If you fancy all five British sides to do the business then why not put your money where your mouth is and put a couple of quid on it?

A fiver on the five results all to come in would return you a decent £70 back - could be worth a little punt this midweek!

Remember you can bet In Play on all these Champions League games so why not open an account today?
