Hartlepool United are delighted to announce Tesco as their new Nutrition Partners, replacing rival supermarket Asda.
The local 24-hour supermarket will be providing the First Team with all food and nutrition for away games in a partnership that has worked extremely well so far this season.
As well as this Tesco will also be supporting the Youth Development Programme with various projects to be announced throughout the year.
"Tesco are delighted to have taken over from Asda in working so closely with the Football Club," Tesco Store Manager Trevor Howe told hartlepoolunited.co.uk.
""We're really pleased to be able to support Hartlepool United and the local community in this way and we're all looking forward to the season ahead."
Pools Chief Executive Russ Green was equally delighted to have agreed this new partnership,
"Tesco will be working alongside side us and from our point of view we're pleased to have such a big, multi-national company on board with the Football Club."
"This partnership will prove positive for both the Club and local community as we have plans to work on a number of community projects together with Tesco.
"We're all looking forward to the season ahead and working closely together with Tesco."
The new partnership was officially launched when striker Denis Behan and H'Angus popped down to The Vic to meet up with Trevor Howe.
The pair were promoting a brand new offer with the supermarket which sees shoppers receive double club card points in Tesco stores.
So while Pools are picking up the points with Tesco on the road this season, fans can pick up double points in store.
