Chris Turner has named his team for tonight's game with SC Cambuur in Leeuwarden and is hoping for another good workout against the Dutch outfit.

Pools lost their opening game of pre season on Monday night when FC Volendam ran out 3-2 winners but if the team gets as good a workout tonight then Turner will be a happy man.

"After today we'll have seen everyone play in pre season," Turner commented.

"We've not got a lot of cover in defensive areas and some of the players will have played in two games this week - but a couple of them are new arrivals so it won't do them any harm.

"I'm expecting another tough game because Cambuur enjoyed a good season last year and almost got promoted to the top division but hopefully it will be another good exercise for us."

Jon-Andre Fredriksen will make his first appearance for the Club on the left wing, while Ritchie Humphreys partners Matty Tymon in attack.

"Ritchie is an experienced player and I think having him up there will help Matty tonight," Turner explained.

There is no place for Sam Collins who strained his back during training this morning and will not be risked.

Pools: Flinders, Austin, Clark, Hartley, Sharples, Foley, Rowell, Liddle, Fredriksen, Humphreys, Tymon.
