Pools have announced the final change to their fixture list for the upcoming 2009/10 campaign.

One home fixture and one away fixture had already been moved from a Saturday afternoon to a Friday night.

The home game with Brentford, which was due to be played on Saturday 10^th October will now be played on Friday 9^th October (7.45pm kick off) due to a clash with England's World Cup Qualifier with Ukraine on the Saturday.

The game with Oldham Athletic which was due to be played on Saturday 5^th September will now be played on Friday 4^th September (7.45pm kick off).

This is due to England's friendly game with Slovenia taking place on the Saturday.

The final fixture to be moved is the away game at Tranmere Rovers. This was due to be played on Saturday 20th March but due to a clash with an Everton fixture, this has now been moved to Friday 19th March (7.45pm kick off).
