Pools' First Round Carling Cup tie with Coventry City has been moved and will now be played on Wednesday 12^th August.

The two clubs had initially agreed to play the game on Tuesday 11^th August but a change to Coventry City's first fixture of the new Championship campaign has forced the move.

The Sky Blues will now host Ipswich Town on Sunday 9^th August, with the tie being shown live on Sky meaning Pools' game at The Ricoh Arena has been pushed back 24 hours.

Kick off time remains at 7.45pm and entry into the game will be £12 for adults and £6 for concessions.

A concession is Over 60/Disabled/Under 16 or Armed Forces.
