Cheltenham Betting: Our Office Tips!

Posted on: Fri 13 Mar 2009

Here at Victoria Park we always take a keen interest in the Cheltenham Festival - and with bet365 it's so easy to get a quick bet on even while we're getting on with out work!

Whether you're a betting expert or you just like a little flutter, the racing at Cheltenham is a great way to have a bit of fun - and give yourself a chance to win some money along the way.

There are seven meetings in total today and while you don't have to bet on them all, why not try your luck and have a flutter with us? After all, bet365 are guaranteeing the best odds on every race this week so you can't go wrong.

We're by no means racing experts but we're having a few fun bets but after getting our heads together here's what we're going for in the offices at The Vic today:

1.30 - Tricky Trickster (14/1)
When we saw this it reminded us of James Brown - he's quite tricky on the ball so that was good enough for us!

2.40 - Horner Woods (66/1)
Bit of an outsider this one and though we're not sure it's actually named after Pools stalwart Billy Horner we're still going to back it.

4.00 - The Polomoche (13/2)
This is the main race of the day, the Coral Cup so we've got all serious and gone with what those in the know say is the front-runner.

4.40 - Flag Of Honour (20/1)
Brian was voted Player of the 1990s last summer, but will the horse in his name come up trumps for us this afternoon?

A quid on all of those to come in would net almost £160,000 but cover all the singles, doubles, trebles and quadruples with a Yankee - 11 bets and guaranteed to keep your interest in the racing all afternoon.

And remember, every bet you place (however big or small) can directly help Pools so why not open an account today?

Good luck if you're having a bet - now, where's the television remote…
