Matchday Programme: What's Inside?

Posted on: Wed 18 Feb 2009

Tonight's Matchday Magazine has yet another historic cover design to celebrate our Centenary - this one comes from the 1988/1989 season.

And the issue is once again packed with plenty of Pools material to keep you interested well past the final whistle in tonight's game with Leicester City.

We've got an exclusive interview with Rune Lange, who opened his goalscoring account for the Club with a cool finish at MK Dons on Saturday.

Plus, we've got piles of photographs from Sunday's magnificent Centenary Legends Dinner where countless Pools stars from past and present mixed with supporters.

There are all the usual columns with Chairman Ken Hodcroft, Director of Sport Chris Turner and Club Captain Ritchie Humphreys, plus we pick the brains of Colin West on his return to Victoria Park.

We've got the lowdown on tonight's visitors Leicester, with John Phillips examining our Head To Head record, while former striker Peter Blowman take centre-stage in Phil Dunn's Cult Heroes feature.

In summary, for £2.50 you can't get yourself a better read on Pools so make sure you pick up you copy ahead of kick-off tonight.
