West Ham Game Now All-Ticket

Pools have now released ticket details for the FA Cup Fourth Round game with West Ham United at The Vic on Saturday 24th January (12.40pm kick off).

This fixture is ALL-TICKET.

The Club have announced that prices for the big game will remain the same as regular matchdays:

Cyril Knowles Stand, Camerons Brewery Stand

Adults £20
Concessions* £10 (under 16, over 65, students)

Camerons Brewery Terrace, Town End

Adults £18
Concessions* £9 (under 16, over 65, students)

*Please note relevant identification will be required for all concession ticket purchases.

Pools have implemented a tiered system to deal with ticket sales and fans are asked to take note of the following information.

Season Ticket Holders

Tickets have now been released to Season Ticket Holders upon production of Voucher K.

These will be sold at a rate of one per Season Ticket voucher.

Tickets will be on sale to Season Ticket Holders on the following days:

Wednesday 7th January (9am - 5pm)
Thursday 8th January (9am - 5pm)
Friday 9th January (9am - 6pm)
Monday 12th January (9am - 5pm)

Three Stub Holders (v Crewe Alexandra, v Stoke City and v Northampton Town*)

Tickets will go on sale to those supporters with three match stubs on Tuesday 13th January at 9am.

These will be sold at a rate of one per set of three match stubs.

Tickets will be on sale to supporters with three match stubs on the following dates:

Tuesday 13th January (9am - 5pm)
Wednesday 14th January (9am - 6pm)
Thursday 15th January (9am - 5pm)
Friday 16th January (9am - 5pm)

*Northampton Town ticket

Supporters who come to the Ticket Office to buy a ticket for the game with Northampton Town (Friday 16th January) during the four days of sales to holders of Three Stubs can also purchase a ticket for the West Ham game as long as they also produce their match stubs from the game with Crewe Alexandra (28/12/08) and Stoke City (03/01/09).

Two Stub Holders (two from v Crewe Alexandra, v Stoke City and v Northampton Town)

Tickets will go on sale to those supporters with two match stubs on Monday 19th January at 9am.

These tickets will be sold at a rate of one per set of two match stubs, subject to availability.

Tickets will be on sale to supporters with two match stubs on the following dates:

Monday 19th January (9am - 5pm)
Tuesday 20th January (9am - 5pm)

One Stub Holder (v Crewe Alexandra/v Stoke City/v Northampton Town)

Tickets will go on sale to supporters with one match stub on Wednesday 21st January subject to availability. Tickets will be on sale from 9am to 5pm.

These tickets will be sold at a rate of one ticket per match stub.

General Sale

Tickets will go on General Sale (subject to availability) at 9am on Thursday 22nd January.

Telephone sales will be accepted once General Sale has begun.

Postal Sales

Supporters with Season Tickets, two match stubs or one match stub can make their application for tickets through the post.

These purchases will then be processed by Ticket Office staff on the relevant days of sale.

Ticketing Database

In order to purchase tickets from the Club Ticket Office, supporters must be registered on the Ticketing Database.

If you are not already registered, you must provide proof of identification (driving licence, recent utility bill) in order to be added to the database.
