Danny Wilson was dealt a further blow this afternoon with the news he is set to be without another two of his squad for next weekend's trip to Hereford United.

The Pools boss saw Ritchie Jones pick up his fifth yellow card of the season and the midfielder will therefore miss the game at Edgar Street.

And striker Joel Porter went off with a thigh injury during the 0-0 draw with Yeovil and is now doubtful to feature next Saturday.

"Does anyone ever give me any good news? I've been waiting for some for ages!" a frustrated Wilson told Pools World after the game.

"It looks like we'll lose Joel for at least the next game and we don't know if it will be for longer than that and Ritchie has obviously reached five cards.

"It's an opportunity for someone though and we won't get downhearted by this - we're disappointed but we'll dust ourselves down and get ourselves up for another big game next weekend."
