Boss Hails Side's Defensive Display
Danny Wilson hailed his side's defensive display after they came away from Peterborough United with all three points after goals from Andy Monkhouse and Richard Barker.
After Tuesday night's big win over West Brom, Wilson insists that the performance at London Road is all the more impressive,
"It was important we came here and played well because we didn't want it to be a case of after the Lord Mayor's show and the lads were terrific.
"There were a couple of times when they (Peterborough) could have done better in front of goal but we'll take that because we're probably due some good fortune.
"I'm sure Darren (Ferguson) will have been disappointed with the goals they conceded because I would have been if it had happened to us but credit to Andy and Richard for putting them away."
Wilson was also keen to highlight the solid job done by his defence this afternoon,
"The lads at the back were excellent and I think Arran Lee-Barrett in particular deserves credit because he is developing into a fine young goalkeeper."
