Pools Youth Team's fixtures have now been released with the news that Micky Barron's men will open the campaign with a trip to Scunthorpe on Saturday 30^th August (12noon).

Their first home game comes in the opening week of September when they host Bradford City at the Riverside Sports Complex in Chester-le-Street.

The league campaign will come to an end with a midday home fixture against Doncaster Rovers on Saturday 18^th April 2009.

Barron's men finished last season in third position in the Puma Youth Alliance League and also made it to the Regional Final of the Youth Alliance Cup.
