Do you read any info on the game in the papers or internet before a game?

I don't read too much of the media surrounding the game beforehand. I tend to just try and relax as much as possible.

How do you spend your time before coming to the ground?

In the time before coming to a home game, I usually just try and relax and focus on the game and what I have to do in the game.

What do you have to eat prior to a game?

I eat pasta and some rice. I have the same meal before every game.

Do you suffer from pre-match nerves?

I don't really suffer from nerves. If you are nervous, that can sometimes get in the way of you doing your job so I don't really have nerves.

Do you have any matchday superstitions or lucky charms?

Personally I don't have any lucky charms or superstitions. I don't put my right sock on first or anything like that. But if other people do and it works for them and it's lucky then that is good for them.

If it's an away game, how do you like to pass time during the journey?

I sit with Monks (Andy Monkhouse) and Barks (Richard Barker) and we tend to play on the computer or chat most of the time. We can spend a lot of time on the coach, often more than six hours for one journey and you have to find things to pass the time or you could get very bored.

What do you like to do to unwind after a game?

Well it really depends on the result. If we have lost a game then I really don't want to disturb or upset anyone by going out so I might just go home and relax. If we have won then I will be more likely to go out and so will some of the other boys and we will probably go out for a meal.
