The Prince's Trust celebrated a ten-year football initiative with Hartlepool United by presenting a special plaque to Chief Executive Russ Green.

A group of children from the Trust attended the game with Tranmere Rovers and presented the award during the half time break.

The Prince's Trust football initiative is a special partnership which has backed the region's young people in their efforts to get back in to education, training or employment.

"It was great to receive this momento," Green commented.

"It's been a pleasure for the Club to work closely with the Princes Trust and hopefully we'll be saying the same in another ten years."
