About London Road

Peterborough United have been playing at London Road since their inception in 1934 but before them football was played there by Peterborough City and Fletton United as far back as the 1800s.

Away Facilities

Around 4,000 Pools fans can be accommodated in the Moyes Stand behind the goal, with some seats in the North Stand also made available. The Moyes Stand is covered and a good atmosphere can be generated - just ask the Poolies who made the trip for the 4-3 thriller in 2003 and the 5-3 roller-coaster ride in 2006!

There is car parking at the stadium, but there is also a Pay and Display Car Park not too far from London Road.

Directions

Leave Hartlepool on the A689 and then move on to the A19 Southbound before the A1(M). At Junction 44 stay in the left-hand lanes to join the A1. Stay on the A1 past Grantham and then branch left on to the A605 (signposted Alwalton). Follow the A605 all the way in to Peterborough City Centre and the ground is quite well signposted.
