About Edgar Street
Although it is known the ground was built in the 19th century, an exact date of opening has not been recorded, though Hereford played there first in 1924. In recent years talk of redevelopment has often been on the agenda, though a draft plan for a new stadium submitted in 2003 has since been revised.
Away Facilities
Pools fans will be based on the side of the pitch near to the Blackfriars End of the ground. A mix of seating and terracing will be available for our visit there.

A large car park can be found at the stadium which is a Pay and Display - it will cost you around 80p for four hours.

Directions
Leave Hartlepool on the A689 and join the A19 Southbound before merging on to the A1(M). Merge on to the M1 at Juntion 44 and then leave the M1 at Junction 23a to join the A42 (signposted The South West) and then continue forward on to the M42. At Juntion 4a stay in the right-hand lanes to join the M5 (signposted The South West) and then leave at Junction 7 on to the A44. Follow signs for City Centre and Leominster and then follow signs on to the A4103 taking the third exit at the roundabout (signposted Hereford). At Aylestone Hill Roundabout take the 1st exit signposted Hereford and then turn right at the traffic signals on to the A438. Then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Leominster and then you should see the ground.
