About The Matchroom Stadium

There has been plenty of work done at Orient in the past few years, with three sides of the ground being replaced. It's now an impressive stadium which was funded in part by the sale of flats in the corners of the ground. Known also as Brisbane Road, it's been Orient's home since 1937.

Away Facilities

Pools fans should be housed in part of the Main Stand nearest the South Stand; an area which can hold around 1,000. There are some pillars that could impede your view but generally it's a decent view of an excellent pitch.

Street parking can be found around the stadium as long as you get there early enough!

Directions

Leave Hartlepool on the A689 and join the A19 Southbound then merge on to the A1(M). At Junction 44 keep in the left-hand lanes to keep on the A1(M) and stay on the same road until Junction 14 to go on to the A14 (signposted Huntingdon, Cambridge, Stansted). At Junction 31 take right-hand lanes and continue forward to join the M11 then take left-hand lanes to join the North Circular Road (A406). Branch left (signposted Chelmsford, Central London) and then at Redbridge Roundabout take the 5^th exit on the A12 (signposted Central London, Stratford). Follow the A12 in to Leytonstone and then branch left on A106 (signposted Stratford) before turning left at the traffic signals on to Oliver Road, turning right on to Buckingham Road (at the crossroads) and then left on to Brisbane Road on which the stadium is situated.
