Michael Nelson brings us the latest instalment of his online blog.
This week he reflects on the major incidents from Tuesday night's win over Swindon Town.
Winning On The Road…
It was a pretty tense game on Tuesday night and I think both sides were quite wary of each other because of the situation in the league.
The game looked like it was heading for 0-0 until we got that penalty - that was the bit of luck we've not really had so far this season.
I think maybe the hard work we put in for the 89 minutes before that earned us that bit of luck.
I think the later it goes in the game, we were thinking let's just keep what we have got, especially away from home. It was a tough game and we just wanted to make sure we didn't concede late on again.
We hung on to try and get something out of the game and with that little bit of luck we've managed to pinch all three points. I think if we want to move up the table and go in the right direction, we have to play like that and grind out results rather than passing our way to results.
Penalty Decision…
The penalty decision seemed to cause some confusion on Tuesday night and the lads were all saying after the game that we don't think you'd have to get your feet very high off the ground to be high against Foles.
Close Shave…
I went close to scoring myself with a volley in the second half.
I think Liam Henderson was in front of me and I just shouted at him to leave it - but it has gone 6 inches wide. It would have been nice to see it go in but at least Ben Clark has slotted the penalty in.
Question Of Sport…
To be honest, the lads are saying that you'll probably see it on 'Question of Sport' in years to come - 'who is the only player to score a penalty that didn't hit the back of the net?'
No penalty is a bad one if it goes in. Their keeper is a big lad who fills the goal but to be honest we don't care if he got one hand to it, two hands or two legs as long as it goes over the line.
Baby Giraffe?
Michael Mackay coming off the pitch in the Swindon game was an interesting sight for us all. He looked like a baby giraffe - I honestly thought I'd go in the dressing room after the game and he'd be needing a new leg the way he went off but it turns out he had cramp.
We've all had a bit of a laugh about the way he hobbled off though.
